TRAINING PROGRAMS OFF-ICE TRAINING ____________ _____________ | Trainers & Coaches Rob Rosmis Director of Training Rob is the Director of Training for True Performance Hockey. Rob has several years of experience training individuals in both athlete development and fitness. His expertise consists of strength improvement, injury prevention, and post-rehabilitation, as well as speed and agility training. Rob has over 13 years of experience researching and implementing various training techniques and his knowledge has proven to be valuable to the hockey players he has trained. Rob has trained and developed off-ice / on-ice training programs for several hockey teams and organizations throughout Illinois (USA), including Junior A Hockey Clubs in the United States. Rob also coaches amateur hockey teams in Chicago, Illinois USA. Aside from coaching, Rob also has several years experience playing various sports including ice hockey in which he has competed at the High School, A, AA, AAA, Junior (OHA) levels and has attended Junior A (OHL) training camps. Brent Dolan Hockey Skills & Systems Instructor Brent has 15+ years of experience as a hockey coach and instructor, and holds a USA Hockey Master Level Coach's Certification. He is also currently the Hockey Director for the tradition rich Northwest Chargers organziation in Rolling Meadows, IL USA. Brent has coached all levels from pre-mite instruction thru Midget AA and High School. He has coached the Northwest Chargers for 10+ seasons, St. Viator High School for 6 seasons, and has won 3 State Championships over the course of his career. Along with coaching, Brent is the owner and founder of Ultimate Performance, a premier hockey clinic, established in the Summer of 2000. Brent grew up in upstate New York, USA and played Travel and High School hockey before moving on to be apart of the Binghamton University Hornets Hockey Club. Brent moved to Chicago, IL in 1989 and has been a huge part of the development of young hockey players since the 90's. Bobby Siers Hockey Skills Coach & Former Pro Bobby comes to True Performance with a broad background in hockey. He has proven to be a valuable asset by offering his experiences with On-Ice and Off-Ice training through the ranks of college and professional levels. Bobby also plays a huge part in the development and research of our On-Ice Skills and Player Development department. He comes from a very successful hockey family, and we are fortunate to have him available to offer our members his perspectives on the game. Bobby grew up playing in the Illinois (USA) with the Glenview Stars, a local travel hockey organization. From there he played at The Hill School, a Division I Prep School on the East Coast. After Prep school, Bobby went on to play Junior A for the Valley Junior Warriors of the EJHL before landing a spot at the University of Southern Maine where he spent 4 years playing NCAA Hockey. Bobby then went on to play at the professional level with a short stint in the IHL (Flint Generals) before moving to Huntsville, Alabama to play for the Havoc (SPHL). Nic Reibel Goaltending Instructor & Strength Coach Nic has numerous years of training experience both on and off the ice. He has a great knowledge of strength and conditioning with a focus on the explosive movement in ice hockey as well as the speed and agility of the game. He also has a great knowledge of goaltender conditioning and what it takes to prepare your body to play at the higher levels of hockey. Nic has led training programs with a number of hockey clubs in Illinois as well as with several boxing and mixed martial arts gyms in the chicagoland area. Nic has gained his knowledge of strength and condition training from numerous areas. Nic was an amateur boxer for several years, and eventually competed professionally in high level mixed martial arts. As an ice hockey goaltender he spent his college career in the Army playing NCAA Div. 1 hockey at West Point with the Black Knights. After his college career he went on to play at the professional level with teams in Pittsburgh, Toronto, and Columbus' farm systems. OUR EXPERT PAGE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
